300 + tenants gathered at Fordham Law School on the Upper West Side on Saturday, December 7th to engage with each other, elected officials and advocates on critical issues that effect our community. One highlight was the Mayoral Candidates Forum on Housing where 7 candidates (6 democratic and 1 independent) for the 2025 mayors race answered questions about their stands on housing related matters that will be central for the next mayor to contend with.
