Thank you to all of our Friends and Supporters who came out on Thursday, October 19th to celebrate HCC's 50 years of service to the West Side Community! Over 250 guests enjoyed a Circle Line Cruise around Manhattan while we honored some extraordinary folks! Enjoy the photos and the Celebration Program!
